Who Am I?
I’m first and foremost a mama. I have three young kidlets below the age of 4. Over the years I have become more concerned about the environment we live in, the food we put in our mouths and the products we put on our skin. I try to learn and research all I can about the best and healthiest ways to do things. I subsequently will pass that information on to you. Other than that I love college basketball, vacuums, cooking and a nice glass of wine.
